SarreniteAI was founded on a simple observation: companies were spending six figures on AI consultancies, receiving a PDF full of recommendations and a half-built prototype, then being left to figure out production deployment on their own.
I'd watched teams get sold the dream of AI transformation, only to end up with a Jupyter notebook that couldn't handle real traffic and a vendor that had already moved on to the next engagement.
